BAG FILTERS

Thermally bonded synthetic or fiber glass media

  

Envelopes, guaranteeing a steady air flow, favorable resistance curve, long service life and low energy costs.

  • No fibre migration

  • Guaranteed to trap, even when not contaminated

  • Filter media: thermally bonded polyester fibers or fiber glass

FILTER PANELS

COMPACT FILTER

Self-supporting construction, positioned independently of flow direction

  

Ventilation and process air is cleared of unwanted contaminants in the form of solid particles

  • Less depth required

  • High flow rate is possible with limited loss of pressure

HEPA FILTER

High Efficiency Particulate Air Filter

  

Used in specific industries where it is necessary to trap very fine contaminants in a highly efficient way.

  • The frame and media can be supplied in different kinds of material in order to achieve the best results for your usage.

  • Filter class: H10 to U17, inclusive, according to DIN 24184

ACTIVATED CARBON

High dirt holding capacity

  

Activated carbon removes contaminants that cannot be trapped by a particle filter.

 

Advantages:

  • Very high adsorption capacity

  • Products are easy to replace

  • Regeneration is possible on site

  • Various design options

  • Flexible packaging for versatility

  • Possibility of very high capacities

  • Rental of mobile systems

Materials:

  • Activated carbon is produced from coal, pinewood or coconut shells. The carbon is “activated” through chemical or thermal treatment. The activated carbon comes in a powder form or pellets in (water-soluble) bags, big bags or in filter elements.

Specifications:

  • Filter rating: Depending on a large number of factors and the retention time of the contaminated media in the carbon, virtually 100% of contaminants can be trapped.

Examples of Application:

  • Traps odour molecules

  • Protection of production units against unwanted gases
